"We bought this device as saw it was on sale, for RRP $99NZD, bought for $19. 95, I would expect more. 1. The toggles are very frustrating to use 2. The date and time do not align ie when inputting the month and date it provides an incorrect date 3. inaccurate temperature gauge, we placed the sensor as instructed - level with the baby’s bed/sleep space, the thermometer reads 26 degrees when it doesn’t feel that hot. Despite being left in the same place for more than 10mins and not exposed to sunlight etc. It would be such a useful device if accurate but I am left disappointed Nm"

Not accurate
"It hasn't lasted us very long. Baby is now 4 months old and it seems to be having a melt down. I freaked out because sensor read 40° so I rushed to our bedroom. . it was not 40°. I then changed the batteries in the sensor and have placed the sensor next to the moniter. Sensor is reading 26° and moniter is reading 22°. I originally had both the moniter and sensor in our bedroom when she was born but again. . it had two different readings again."

Incorrect reading
"Have been using this room monitor for four months. It does not give an accurate room temperature reading. Have placed both monitors in the same spot and comes up with two completely different readings. Really disappointed in this product"

Love this!
"I worried about how I’d know if bubs room was too hot or cold when I was pregnant and then I stumbled across this at a baby expo. The lady explained how it worked and I knew this was the answer! I started using it a few weeks before baby was born to understand the variance between inside temp and outside temp and to see if his room was humid etc. I now know his room can get quite humid in the Summer! We have the sensor on my bedside table right next to the display screen as he sleeps in our room next to me currently. While the screen does display the tog, I always check the overnight temp as while it may read 1.5 tog at 6pm, it’ll get colder overnight. The temp between the display and sensor also display different temps and humidity despite being 5cm away from one another - it’s only ever 2 degrees different however. This really helped with my anxiety about room conditions and gives me the reassurance I need while he sleeps."

"Parent screen always freezes and stays on. Tog recommendation seems to be inaccurate? - unsure which brand to use. Have used both love to dream and ergopouch sleep bags with correct undergarments for their recommended room temp yet Bub still is either too hot or too cold and does not match tog recommendation on parent screen. Very confusing. Red light doesn’t seem to work and unsure what benefit the sleeve provides. Other than that, the essential oils are great."
